having a big imagination as a kid…wanting to bring my ideas to a tangible space or a visual representation & now having a platform to express myself, thats boiler room creative for me.

film school was my path… so i started off creating all content. slowly starting to use my hands and create myself… STARTING to absorb the build aspect of fabrication and design; from sketch-up to operating heav y machinery. from producing shows to managing teams, to expense reports, content creating,;my creativity is at home here and has only grown. i’m totally an on site girlie, with a pretty sick tool belt.

My name is Talin (pronounced tall-lean)! I’m one of the designers and project managers at Boiler Room Creative. In 2016, I earned my BS in Applied Exercise Science. One thing led to another and I ended up painting and installing windmills for Coachella in 2019, which led to realizing what my real passion is…being a creative. With extensive experience managing large-scale events, I excel in innovative concepts, coordinating site-wide operations and executing creative builds. I believe that excellence in design requires the same discipline, focus and perseverance that drives success in other areas of my life. My passion for fitness and experience competing in a show have instilled in me a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement. I’m committed to delivering results that exceed expectations by combining creativity with strategic planning and attention to detail. Now let’s create something.

A Miami native, I found my way into the industry by photographing shows and writing reviews in exchange for press passes. That eventually led to a job in radio, which is where I first met the Boiler Room Creative crew. I began working with them annually for Coachella, but after my second year in the desert, things shifted. I bought a car, drove from Miami to Coachella in 2024, and never went home. After a year and a half of working independently and navigating live events and music festivals throughout the country, I officially joined the BRC team full-time. Now, as a Production Coordinator, I bring that same 'all-in' energy to every project, making sure the chaos behind the scenes turns into something unforgettable. Outside of work, I stay creative through sewing, aerial arts, and flow arts….always looking for a new way to keep things moving.
